Job Description

The Technician is the owner of Technical availability of the equipment within area\line and is the person accountable to safely maintain, clean, inspect and lubricate the line\area according to standards. Actively eradicates losses and defects. You will need to work in shift patterns.

Safety Health and Environment:

· Delivers a Safety Health and Environment culture and role model behaviours by

following safety procedures, using Personal Protective Equipment – PPE and works calm

and orderly.

Quality:

· Delivers a Quality culture and role model behaviours. Adhere to Quality and legislation

requirements and complies to legal and corporate standards & policies

Leadership:

· Contributes to team engagement plan implementation · Onboarding of new associates in the team.

Delivery & Cost:

· Autonomous maintenance

· Corrective maintenance

· Preventive maintenance

· Uses Manufacturing Operating System - MOS tools as a daily routine to ensure key KPIs delivery that contributing to Compelling Business Need – CBN and Champions 1 Manufacturing Operating System - MOS tool · Participates in Operations Performance meetings Structure - OPS Level 1 and responsible for information transfer between the shifts

· Eradicates losses, identifies and executes actions on deviation from basic conditions · Suggests and implements improvement ideas · Perform Preventive Maintenance on the equipment. · Perform other duties assigned from time to time.

· Work independently in running evaluation requested by maintenance supervisor.

· Troubleshoot minor and major machine down

Qualifications

· Required

. 2 to 5 years in a processing industry

. Mechanical/ electrical/pneumatics/electronics experience (Diploma/SKM)

· Desired o Knowledge of automation

. Pack office/SAP/PRS/ Machine interface software .Technical English
