Service Operation

To analyze service report from AX and prepare maintenance schedule of tractors across Malaysia.

To communicate with all branches for all tractors that due for servicing and require service call opening.

To submit summary report of service efficiency on monthly basis.

To prepare PM contract for customer and manage all the units secured through the contract.

To do selling and promotion of PM Contract and any service or repair campaign to existing and conquest accounts.

To monitor parts availability for PM job across Malaysia and coordinate with branches plan for PM parts replenishment

To check customer accounts are healthy and manageable especially on service debtors. To run SWIP review with the branches guided by the Head of Service and submit the report.

To coordinate with branches and monitor breakdown units across Malaysia and identify outstanding problems that require immediate solution.

To involve in safety exercise imposed by SQM department.
