    Responsibilities :

    Able to handle full set of account Monthly Management Account Report, Cash Flow Budget Report Prepared Bank Reconcile monthly Prepared Fixed Assets schedule monthly Process petty cash claim by verifying supporting and ensure on time reimbursement Process all Invoice to the Accounting System to ensure timely and accurate posting Reconcile tax & duty report for daily and monthly billing report To ensure all the payment vouchers are being made and taken into the system To ensure accounting entries are in accordance to the company accounting policies Follow up on Invoice exceptions and ensure exceptions being investigate and closed on timely basis To ensure all processing and reconciliations AR, AP & Bank are completed at month-end Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior Job Requirements : Possess a Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification.

    Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounting Good knowledge of Excel and Google Spreadsheet Team player with good communication skills Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with attention to details
