- Well-versed in handling media social for business purposes such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Creative and able to provide ideas for media social content and posting.
- Having experience in creating Facebook Ads, IG Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads is an advantage point.
- Expert in editing video & graphic skill.
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence.
- Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spending and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital platforms.
- Plans executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
