Job Responsibility

Well-versed in handling media social for business purposes such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Creative and able to provide ideas for media social content and posting.
Having experience in creating Facebook Ads, IG Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads is an advantage point.
Expert in editing video & graphic skill.
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence.
Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spending and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital platforms.
Plans executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
Evaluate emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
