Job Responsibilities:

.Assist the sales team with any pre-sales inquiries

.Provide professional technical support to our customers

.Perform product tests to better understand our products

.Provide training to both our internal staffs and our customers

.Carry out professional after-sales support duties such as troubleshooting and warranty claim

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Presentation Skill
• Self- learning
• Diploma & above (CGPA 3.2 and above)
