- Report to Senior HR Executive
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management; processing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, deductions 3
To ensure timeliness and 100% accuracy in all activities relating to payroll administration and processing. - Prepare and review monthly payroll reports and document accurately.
- HRIS including OT, Leave & Attendance system is functioning & generating accurate & timely reporting, regular 6
including trouble shooting and enhancement where applicable. - Liaise with Malaysia Statutory bodies for registration enquiries make payment to Statutory Bodies;
- Ensure proper documentation of payroll documents and safe keeping of employee personal files.
- Update and maintain employees records orderly and correctly in the databased and filling systems.
- Prepare the confirmation letter, increment letter, resignation acceptance letter and other relevant letters
- Ensure all the documents and reports are filled in orderly and correctly in database and reports are filled in orderly 12
Work closely with Recruitment team for Employee on-boarding & off-boarding process - Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
- Degree with 3 years related experience Computer literate
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of payroll experience is required for this position.
- Experiened in processing > 500 headcounts will be added advantage
- Good with numbers and details.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft excel
- Preferably Executive specialized in Payroll or equivalent.
