- Understand project plans and perform onsite system installations, integrations, conduct buyoff activities and product/ user training to customers (and partners).
- Lead and execute on-site assessment, pre-installation discussion, installation and commissioning of system following project plan.
- Analyze and guide customers to the best possible solution based on their system and environment requirements for automation and robotic products.
- Troubleshoot product issues for both standard products and customized solutions at in-house testing as well as during on-site installations.
- Application testing of new or customized products under development.
- Assist in-house customized projects/ products assembly and testing.
- Assist partners and end users to resolve technical and application problems.
- Monitor and report product quality issues.
- Work closely with Project Management to ensure the projects are closed within a planned timeline.
- Plan, arrange and prepare workflow charts and diagrams using programming knowledge and logic, and subsequently implement them in projects.
- Take initiative to own and solve specific customer issues.
- Liaise and attend site meetings with the consultant team and subcontractors.
- Acts as technical key contact for customers and sales teams in project installation.
- Discipline, punctual, professional and dedicated to complete assigned job within a short period of time.
- Candidates possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed for this position.
- Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill (s): Solidworks, Microsoft Office, Google Drive & tools, and project management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.
- Experience with Robotics programming environments and systems.
- Possess own transportation.

- Understand industry standards & practices and be able to comply with those standards during the execution of the projects.
