    Key Responsibilities:

    Leasing Strategy and Planning:

    • Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive leasing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Assist in structuring Tenant Mix and preparing Leasing Budget Rental plans.

    Tenant Acquisition and Management:

    • Oversee leasing activities, including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective tenants, and negotiating lease terms.
    • Manage tenant relationships, addressing grievances, responding to inquiries, and fostering positive interactions.

    Tenancy Administration:

    • Supervise the Tenancy Administration Section, ensuring efficient handling of pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters.
    • Review and approve Tenancy Agreements and related documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

    Budgeting and Reporting:

    • Assist in preparing the annual budget for the Leasing Department and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on leasing activities for management review.

    Interdepartmental Collaboration:

    • Provide support and recommendations to internal departments on matters related to tenants and leasing operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including property management, marketing, and operations, to ensure integrated leasing operations.

    Tenant Fit-Out Support:

    • Assist operations/facilities teams with tenant fit-out works, providing recommendations on design impacts and necessary approvals.

    Strategic Planning and Industry Engagement:

    • Collaborate on strategic planning initiatives for the leasing department.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, attend conferences, and engage with other professionals to enhance leasing strategies.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in leasing or tenant relations, with a successful track record.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with leasing agreements and basic legal knowledge related to rental matters.
    • Results-oriented mindset and ability to contribute to strategic planning.
