- Drive product acquisitions, balances and manage all conventional & Islamic product process
- Work with respective stakeholders to develop product features based on requirements including system development enhancement
- Manage and co-ordinate all marketing communications activities for mortgage loans and financing products
- Train sales teams (internal and external) on new products/ new campaigns or if there are product enhancements/changes
- Drive sales teams to achieve product sales, including identifying opportunity for alternative sales channels
- Manage the Department marketing expense and ensure marketing expenses are effectively tracked/controlled and expensed
- Monitor, measure and track all product and campaign progress / performance Qualifications
- Minimum Degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing related and/or Banking
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Mortgage or any other secured lending products in Banking Institution
- Marketing and product development experience will be an added advantage
- Possesses in dept knowledge, experience and exposures to Shariah Principles for Islamic Financing will be added advantage
- Able to work cross functionally and with people of all levels as well as with agency and suppliers
- Strong inter-personal, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Pleasant personality with good work attitude and able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Computer literate
