  • Monitor purchase order and ensure materials receive per schedule
  • Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Working within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders and report any back ordered or missing products
  • Maintaining and update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels
  • Effectively communicating with the management team to ensure all orders are accurate
  • Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management
  • Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues
  • Manage the warehouse materials flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure materials kitting on time to enable production meet schedule

  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
