- Manage & control budgets, forecasts, cash flow planning, and monitoring.
- Manage treasury and raise capital as and when required.
- Liaise with various external parties (e.g. bankers, auditors, tax agents, lawyers, government authorities, etc.)
- Oversee and manage accounting work & financial functions.
- Manage/Oversee AP and AR functions.
- To undertake any other financial-related duties and responsibilities as and when required.
- Prepare business plans and feasibility studies on business expansion and acquisitions.
- Perform detailed groundwork research and financial analysis for new investments and acquire related incentives & grants in relevant geographies.
- Engage in critical financial negotiations.
- Able to oversee Shared Service and manage Group Accounts will be an added advantage.
- Must be able to converse fluently in English.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Must be able to present to the board of directors and shareholders.
- Preferably a member of MIA, ACCA, CPA or other relevant professional accreditation.
- Candidates with Corporate Finance experience involving M&A & IPO are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in overseeing Shared Services functions like Legal, HR, Compliance & Audit, Procurement, and Vendor Management is an added advantage.
- Relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
