Job DescriptionWorking with your Account Director, you'll be proactively manage portfolio of client programmes and campaigns, ensuring on-going performance to target metricsMonitor performance of programmes and campaigns to ensure KPIs are metProvide regular performance reports and insights as directed by your supervising Account DirectorIdentify growth opportunities for both our clients and the agencyWear many hats as you work with multiple teams to develop strategy, work with graphic designers, video editors, copy writer and digital marketing team Help convert our client's brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating campaignsTheoretical understanding of Digital Media, Display Advertising, Motion Graphics, Video ProductionAt least 3 to 5 years working experience in digital advertising agencyExperience in the basic understanding development of web/app, UI/UX design and how it effects overall designs.Excellent in PPTX, Excel, presentation deck.Team player and minimum supervision is a must.Experience Required
