    Job description:

    Job Responsibilities:

    Credit Analytics – Collection & Non-Collection

    1. To prepare periodic credit related MIS (e.g. Credit processing, recovery, AKPK, Collections etc)
    2. To provide ad hoc request to users (e.g. data extraction, Capital Planning etc)
    3. To provide timely data / report requested by BNM
    4. To explore the opportunity to automate the periodic reports
    5. To assist in performing periodic reconciliation for all Credit data
    6. Design and create frequent used information into user-friendly dashboard
    7. Perform in-depth analysis to achieve optimal credit processing effort, i.e. TAT, approval rate, deviation trends etc

    Audit & Compliance

    1. Develop structural control checking with trigger abnormalities for assessment and action by Credit Processing & Recoveries operational departments.
    2. Ensure speedy closure of audit actionable, within given deadline.
    3. Ensure agreed corrective measures are acted on and followed thru.
    4. Engage in Credit & Collections Process and Practice' review by providing feedback and recommendation with the view to close operational gaps and minimize operational grey areas, if any.

    Other Duties

    1. Adhoc reporting and other duties assigned by the Management from time to time
    2. Point-of-Contact of new Retail Loan Origination System project for Credit Analytics

    Job Requirements:

    Skills

    1. Solid experience in SAS Programming skills.
    2. Proficient in SQL macro automation.
    3. Good in analytical and interpersonal skills.
    4. Ability to take initiative.

    Knowledge

    1. Have a sound knowledge and understanding for all key aspects of risk management from credit initiation to remedial management.
    2. Have strong knowledge in setup of infrastructure and data management framework.

    Experience

    1. At least 3 years experience in similar capacity.
