Executive, Branch Sales Operation needs to support all branches in maximizing sales opportunities. Aside, this role needs to develop information and distribute it to all branches in running daily operations without failure.

Job Descriptions:

• To manage branch booking customers in the Genpacx system.
• To assist in supporting special projects per management's requirements.
• To manage vehicle flow to develop firm and forecast production orders for both CBU and CKD variants.
• To operate streamlined vehicle allocation to the respective branch to maximize sales.
• Communication with all branches to ensure smooth branch daily operation.
• To support branch events (sales meetings, training, etc).

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree equivalent in Administrative course.
• Good and strong command of spoken/written English.
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, process-oriented, good teamwork spirit, good follow-through on work, and can multi-task on projects & ad-hoc requests.
• Able to work independently and maintain focus on lengthy tasks.
• Detail oriented.
