    Description
    In your new role you will:

    1) Responsible on Functional Test process in wafer test area.
    2) Providing sustaining engineering support, this include yield monitoring and reporting, disposition of problem lot with low yield issue during FT process.
    3) Manage and sustain FT recipe/FTGD
    4) Release and qualify new FT machine to optimize production output
    5) Define, review, update and implement written specification for FT related processes to standardize manufacturing process with other IFX sites as well as maximize production performance and yields
    6) Support new product introduction by developing/introducing new FT concept
    7) Monitoring, logging and tracking of FT machine through put.
    8) Support production in planning and executing capacity expansions for volume ramps for new and existing products
    9) Support in yield enhancement project and quality return topic from customer.
    10) Initiative to conduct evaluation & study for cost saving, capacity expansion and quality improvement projectYou are best equipped for this task if you have:

    Qualifications:
    Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering courses that have strong EE background
    Experience/Knowledge:
    1) At least 1-3 years of working experience in wafer fabrication environment
    2) Preferable with Wafer Testing/Process knowledge
    3) Flexible, innovative, good team work and can work independently
    4) Good communication and interpersonal skills
    5) Able to work in standard 5 days shift pattern (normal working hours)
