    Responsibilities:

    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
    • Drive delivery and coordination of work streams to manage project interdependencies.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, and drive process improvements.
    • Manage project resources, including cross-functional teams, consultants, and vendors.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and industry standards.
    • Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, facilitating effective communication.
    • Drive change management and training initiatives to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
    • Assist in pre-sales and proposal activities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
    • A certification in PMP or PRINCE2 would be an added value.
    • Must have experience in SAP ECC and HANA Projects.
    • 8 or more years of Project Management experience with at least 4 years of relevant industry experience.
    • Must have strong leadership and people management skills; ability to influence, organizational ability and time management.
    • Delivered medium and/or large scale projects from project inception through the entire project life cycle.
    • Proven consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services.
    • Experience on Business development/Pre-sales/Account Management is a must.
    • Have a good knowledge of SAP Standard processes.
    • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and architectural technology concepts and components would be an advantage.
    • Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
    • Demonstrates advanced communication skills: oral, written, and active listening
    • Strong technology awareness and skills (MS Office and beyond); ability to build presentations, excel reports, and conduct analysis that interpret the data, create valuable business insights.
    • Willing to travel.
