- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed plans that merge customer requirements with company goals. Coordinate various teams to ensure that all parts are on track for project completion within deadlines and budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key liaison between department heads, the CMO, and external stakeholders. Ensure clear communication and manage expectations across all parties.
- CrossFunctional Leadership: Facilitate collaboration across the marketing, creative, digital, data, BigPay marketing, and product teams. Ensure alignment of project objectives with company strategy.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans to manage them effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly update senior management on project progress, challenges, and outcomes. Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the marketing domain.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, creative processes, and data analytics.
- Experience in the travel, tech, or finance industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
