  • To understand company ERP systems & identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • To perform system analysis, identifying of the business requirements, business used case and development.
  • To monitor usage / weaknesses of IT solutions delivered, and initiate remediation steps if required.
  • Understand the process and EDI integration needs.
  • Manage and optimize the Incident Request & Change Request Development.
    about the manager/team

    You are required to execute core solution architecturing, business process and analytic reasoning on the SAP application. They have a vendor to support on hands-on configuration works but you will be required to master the L3 hands-on support role & configuration skills. You will also be given the opportunity to embark with projects for end to end full cycle Greenfield implementation in other regions.

    about requirements:
  • Someone with at least 4 years of working experience in SAP implementation and/or support project either in L2 or L3.
  • Someone with at least 3 full cycle end-to-end implementation / regional or global L3 support role of either one of these SAP modules : SD / MM / FICO would be an added advantage but not compulsary.
  • SAP S/4HANA knowledge is an added advantage but not compulsary.
  • Someone with 3 Party Integration experience in any SAP mpdules is an added advantage but not compulsary
  • Someone with Supply Chain & Logistic industry experience is an added advantage but not compulsary.
  • Someone with the knowledge and experience in warehouse operations, business reporting & data analytics is an added advantage but not compulsary.
  • Someone with the experience in lean 6 Sigma, RPA, Web Content Management systems and data analytics tools is an added advantage but not compulsary. about the salary & benefits
  • Only for MALAYSIAN
  • up to RM 20,000 - RM 25,000 can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more
