    Role

    Duties & Responsibilities
    1)Product sourcing and development that suits the market needs in line with our business plan and growth
    2)Evaluation and analyzing products, execution & action plan as and when required
    3)Meeting and negotiating trading term, product cost, managing & controlling stocks levels, distribution, and fulfilment based on the forecast with suppliers.
    4)Achieving sales & profit KPI for the designated product category
    5)Promotion planning and brand building.
    6)Managing space and range of category with respective team
    7)Visiting suppliers, factory and stores
    8)Identifying and resolving issues
    9)To perform any other work or ad-hoc task as and when required
    10) To complete the task within time-line given and reporting promptly

    Job Requirements

    • Posses Degree in any field
    • Minumum 2 years and above of merchandising in retailing
    • Keen attention to detail and accuracy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to take up responsibilities
    • Persistent, determination and "can do & learn" attitude
    • Good team player
    Spoken Language: Malay, English
