    Job Summary: As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the manufacturing industry, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial activities, driving strategic financial planning, and ensuring effective management of financial resources. With a strong skill set in ERP and SAP systems, you will lead efforts to streamline financial processes, optimize systems integration, and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and plans to support the company's growth objectives, profitability targets, and long-term sustainability.
    • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to align financial plans with operational goals and performance metrics.
    • Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and scenario modeling to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and recommend strategic initiatives for improvement.
    • Financial Reporting and Compliance:
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls, collaborating with legal, audit, and compliance teams to mitigate risks and maintain financial integrity.
    • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits, filings, and disclosures in accordance with statutory deadlines.
    • Treasury and Cash Management:
    • Optimize cash flow management, liquidity planning, and working capital efficiency to support ongoing operations, investment initiatives, and debt obligations.
    • Develop and implement strategies for capital allocation, financing decisions, and risk management to maximize shareholder value and minimize financial risk exposure.
    • Evaluate and monitor banking relationships, credit facilities, and investment opportunities to optimize returns and ensure adequate funding for strategic initiatives.
    • ERP and SAP System Integration:
    • Leverage expertise in ERP and SAP systems to enhance financial reporting, streamline processes, and drive system integration initiatives across finance and accounting functions.
    • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize ERP and SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
    • Provide leadership and guidance on system upgrades, enhancements, and customization projects to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
    • Strategic Leadership and Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, board of directors, and executive leadership team on matters related to financial performance, risk management, and investment opportunities.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the finance organization, promoting collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
    • Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, lenders, and other external stakeholders, communicating financial performance, strategic initiatives, and growth prospects effectively.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CMA certification preferred.
    • Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in the manufacturing industry, with a track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence.
    • Strong proficiency in ERP systems and SAP , with hands-on experience in system
    • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and driving results in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and high-pressure setting.
