- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 6 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing workflows using OpenText Appworks, K2, IBM BPM Suite, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in workflow modelling, process automation, and workflow customization within these platforms.
- Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) principles and methodologies.
- Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical workflow solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
