    Job Title: SAP Finance Control Consultant

    Job Location: Kl, Malaysia

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT personnel to gather and understand business requirements related to FICO processes.
    • Analyze existing business processes and recommend best practices and process improvements using SAP FICO module functionality.
    • Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementation projects, including project planning, requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and documentation.
    • Provide expertise in the integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules, third-party systems, and external partners.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO configuration, master data, and transactions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Conduct end-user training and workshops to ensure effective adoption of SAP FICO processes and functionalities.
    • Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, and system upgrades related to SAP FICO.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO trends, updates, and industry best practices to provide thought leadership and recommendations to optimize business processes.
    • Support the identification and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of SAP FICO processes.
    • Assist in change management activities and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP FICO solutions.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;

    advanced degree is a plus.

    Minimum qualification:

    • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with a focus on order-to-cash processes and implementations.
    • Strong expertise in SAP FICO module configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
    • Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, project management, and full project lifecycle.
    • Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
    • In-depth understanding of pricing procedures, revenue recognition, and order processing within SAP FICO.
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues. SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus
