- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT personnel to gather and understand business requirements related to FICO processes.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend best practices and process improvements using SAP FICO module functionality.
- Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementation projects, including project planning, requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and documentation.
- Provide expertise in the integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules, third-party systems, and external partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO configuration, master data, and transactions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Conduct end-user training and workshops to ensure effective adoption of SAP FICO processes and functionalities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, and system upgrades related to SAP FICO.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO trends, updates, and industry best practices to provide thought leadership and recommendations to optimize business processes.
- Support the identification and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of SAP FICO processes.
- Assist in change management activities and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP FICO solutions.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with a focus on order-to-cash processes and implementations.
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO module configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, project management, and full project lifecycle.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- In-depth understanding of pricing procedures, revenue recognition, and order processing within SAP FICO.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues. SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus
