Responsibilities /Accountabilities

• Responsible for the overall consolidation process and review of inter-company transactions and profit eliminations, corporate consolidations accounting, consolidated general ledger and ownership of the consolidated trial balance
• Ensuring proper accounting for the Company's corporate transactions, including the preparation of Accounting Paper and communications on change or introduction of new accounting standards
• Coordinate, manage and support monthly consolidation close activities for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies while ensuring the integrity of the process and data
• Oversees the consolidated financial closings, special transactions, local currency and functional currency accounting processes
• Reviews Group financial reporting, including internal and externals statements
• Responsible for ensuring that new accounting pronouncements are appropriately applied by the various entities within the company
• Takes ownership of the Company's Group Consolidations and accounting process and policy manual, including the Chart of Accounts (COA)
• Any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, professional qualifications – ACCA, CPA, ICAEW with 5 - 8 years of working experience in accounting related functions
• Experience in SAP
• Experience in telecommunication-related companies is a merit
• Good excel and Powerpoint skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skil;
• Good analytical skills
