- System Support on systems that responsible by Country Finance
- Manage day-to-day operation
- Centre contact point for respective country BFs/users/Group Counterpart
- Collaboration with Group on procedures & processes for standardization and alignment
- Act as advisory roles for country BFs/users
- Partnering with BFs/users on system enhancement/ process/ improvement / issue resolution / implementation
- Parameters or User ID support / maintenance / periodical review
- Documentation and processes
- As Project Manager / Lead of Group Strategic / other projects relating/impacting to Finance
- As PMO for project implementation for country finance project
- Collaboration with Group Project Team / Group FIM / other stakeholders on project activities.
- Prepare and sign off documentation required under SDM Guideline.
- Responsible/participate/coordinate on User Acceptance Testing, Mock Run and Implementation activities
- To consolidate yearly budget requirement for projects and system enhancement/improvement
- To assess and manage the implementation cost.
- To prioritize the requests accordingly
- Degree in Information System Engineering, Business Information System, Computer Science or Banking and Finance
- Experience in financial / banking industry preferred.
- With experience in project management, project documentation and project implementation role.
- Familiar with banking systems, process and operations
