    Job Summary

    The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for a variety of Human Resources tasks or initiatives, including advising both employees and people managers on the execution of performance management, coaching, corrective action issues, team building, employee development and compliance initiatives.

    This role has a primary focus on People and Talent Development and secondary focus on People Management Effectiveness . In addition, the job incumbent is expected to support local deployment and other tasks as assigned by HRBP from time to time. The suitable candidate is someone who has passion, willingness, and patience to pursue a career in HR Management through rotational basis. S/He will be assigned focus in other HR disciplines such as Employee Engagement and Experience and Organizational Effectiveness after demonstrating successful performance in both primary and secondary assigned areas.

  • Work experience in Excel, Power BI will be a plus.
  • Good command of English in both verbal and written communication a must.

  • Education

  • Degree/ diploma in Organizational Psychology/ Leadership Development/ Human Resource Management.
  • Experience

  • 1-2 years' work experience in HR.
  • Fresh graduate acceptable.
