- Operate the machine & perform accurate die insert fabrication based on drawing.
- Manage & complete die insert fabrication to meet the target processing time.
- Measure and confirm die insert dimensional and tolerance based on drawing. Job Requirements
- Diploma in Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years in machine handling.
- Familiar with operating machine such as profile grinder / surface grinding machine / EDM machine / machining center.
- Understands die insert / tools drawings. Special Requirements
- Experience in operate Sodick Machnine EDM will be added value.
- Able to control high accuracy surface finishing dimension in mm 2) Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM)
- Experience in operate Sodick Machine WEDM will be add value.
- Able to control high accuracy pocket finishing dimension within mm 3) Profile Grinder (PG)
- Experience in operate Profile Grinder Waida Machine will be added value.
- Able to control high accuracy finishing dimension in mm 4) Machining Center (MV)
- Experience in operate Machining Center (Okamoto / Armada machine) will be added value.
- CAM knowledge. 5) Surface Grinding (GS)
- Experience in operate Surface Grinding Machine (Okamoto / Amada machine) will be added value.
- Able to control high accuracy finishing dimension in mm.
