    Job Summary

    The Analyst, Regulatory Compliance Management ("RCM") will provide support in managing the day-to-day maintenance of the Regulatory Content Library, supporting regional stakeholders and administrator for the Regulatory Content Process. The Analyst, RCM, will report into the Manager, Regulatory Compliance Management.

    In addition, this role is responsible for supporting activities related to the day-to-day operation, and continuous improvement, of the broader Regulatory Compliance Management program

    Job Description

    • Supporting the Regulatory Content & Change team, by ensuring the regulatory library/database that the RCM team oversees for RBC is maintained
    • Supporting the Regulatory Content update process from end-to-end, including administering validation procedures on periodic basis before and after loading into RegComp, engaging in dialogue with segment and function team regulatory content leads to determine appropriate theming of new content
    • Supporting the administrative aspects of Authoritative Sources in RegComp, including, but not limited to:
      • Remediating citation ownership issues ("Unclaimed Citations") and ensuring citations that are applicable, are assigned
      • Remediating legacy "Out of Cycle Refinement Work" to ensure metadata for regulatory items are accurately applied
    • Supporting the development and implementation of ways to continuously improve the usability of/business case for the regulatory library/database, including using data analytics and data visualization in creative ways to drive value-added insights
    • Escalating gaps in Regulatory Content Library relating to theming and ownership to management
    • Ensuring that RBC's RCM operations and procedures meet government and industry compliance standards by maintaining ongoing oversight, including Quality Control, Effective Challenge, and Audit Preparedness.
    • Supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of the Regulatory Content & Change team
    • Assist the wider RCM team as required on other components or initiatives of the RCM Program
    • Other duties as assigned
