    About the Role

    To assist the team manager to manage the outstanding aging, collection and recovery for the portfolio assigned.Responsibilities :
  • Manage the overdue accounts including calling and following-up with intermediaries, account managers and clients on collections and recovery of the outstanding amount for the portfolio assigned.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day credit control issues, defining and implementing effective solutions, i.e. settlement plan, meeting client, payment reconciliation and etc.
  • Ensure the identified collections process being completed in timely manner including the issuance of the collection reminder letters and commencement of litigation process, if necessary.
  • Payment matching based on the payment proof provided.
  • Perform Credit Risk Assessment for both new and existing clients to access their credibility in reducing the company's risk exposure.
  • Participation in project or system related enhancement for operation efficiency.
  • Identify possible process gap and to ensure in closing of the gap and update the SOP.
  • Requirements :
  • Education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any other fields
  • Minimum of 3 – 10 years' experience in Credit Control / Collections
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel
