- Manage the overdue accounts including calling and following-up with intermediaries, account managers and clients on collections and recovery of the outstanding amount for the portfolio assigned.
- Take ownership of day-to-day credit control issues, defining and implementing effective solutions, i.e. settlement plan, meeting client, payment reconciliation and etc.
- Ensure the identified collections process being completed in timely manner including the issuance of the collection reminder letters and commencement of litigation process, if necessary.
- Payment matching based on the payment proof provided.
- Perform Credit Risk Assessment for both new and existing clients to access their credibility in reducing the company's risk exposure.
- Participation in project or system related enhancement for operation efficiency.
- Identify possible process gap and to ensure in closing of the gap and update the SOP. Requirements :
- Education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any other fields
- Minimum of 3 – 10 years' experience in Credit Control / Collections
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel
