    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Installation, troubleshoot and configure of PC, Notebooks, Printers, Scanners hardware components.
    • Installation, troubleshoot and configure of Microsoft Window Operating system and Microsoft applications in the Desktop and Notebook.
    • Installation and troubleshoot anti-virus software, patches and hot-fixes for MS or other applications.
    • Data analysis.
    • Creation of new pc image, support deployment and software agents
    • Perform any other ad-hoc activities as and when required by the Superior or Manager
    • Maintaining records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities;
    • Emulating or reproducing technical problems encountered by users;
    • Consulting user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions;
    • Assisting applications programmers, systems developers and other ICT professionals to develop and test ICT products and services.

    Job Requirements

    • Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
    • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
    • Computer literate and numerate.
    • Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good attitude and responsible character.
    • Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
