- To handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including e-mail and telephone inquiries;
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office;
- Support and assist the Company Secretary in all matters including secretarial duties;
- Organizing and maintaining files and records;
- Compile monthly claims from managers, data entry of receipts, payments and journal entries;
- Updating information, payment, sorting out expenses;
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations;
- Providing quality customer service;
- Other general admin duties such as handling refreshments, office maintenance, purchasing and etc;
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time.
- Candidates must possess at least higher secondary;
- Fresh graduate/Entry Level Applicants are encouraged to apply;
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent;
- Good team player and willing to learn;
- Responsible, proactive, polite, pleasant personality, able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Competency in Microsoft office and computer literate.
