- Schedule and organize HOD meetings and record minutes during the meetings.
- Schedule and organize appointments and manage calendars for the superintendent as assigned or directed.
- Perform related office tasks in support of the community such as data entry, filing, recordkeeping, and word processing.
- Prepare and process requisitions for classroom reading materials; resolve any issues with vendor invoices and statements.
- Support all administrative duties (academically & non-academically) for the Superintendent.
- Act as liaison person or as language translator between parent and Superintendent.
- Perform other community-oriented duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
- Min. Bachelorâs Degree in Business Administration or Law or any related field.
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin, multi-language (Korean) will be an added advantage.
- Organized, committed, independent, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to see the implications of a bigger picture.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru.
