- Utilise customer journey mapping tools and methodologies to identify touchpoints, pain points and opportunities for improvement in the user experience.
- Oversee website development projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to implement enhancements and new features.
- Coordinate UAT for website enhancements, ensuring seamless functionality and a positive user experience.
- Monitor, analyse and reports on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of online campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
