    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee tax and treasury function for the whole Group, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accurate financial reporting.
    • Ensure timely submission on tax regulatory compliance for the Group.
    • Involve in E-invoicing implementation.
    • Manage the Group's treasury functions such as cash flow , forex , interbank/intrabank fund transfer, short term investments etc.
    • Act as the primary contact for tax agents and tax authorities concerning all tax-related inquiries and audits.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Management and Board meetings.
    • Work on special projects as needed, including designing and implementing functional process improvements and automation.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Accounting / Professional qualification in Accounting (CIMA, ACCA, CPA or its equivalent);
    • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience with strong knowledge in Malaysia Taxation;
    • Good knowledge of SAP Accounting System, SST Act, Income Tax Act
    • Good command of English – both spoken and written.
