- The Project Quality Manager (PQM) is the key member of the Project Management Team (PMT) that is in charge of project Quality Management System (QMS), managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, promotes best practices, takes risk-based approach and continuously focusing on improving project systems and processes.
- The PQM works closely with the Project Director / Manager to ensure the quality planning and delivery of the project is in compliance with Customer requirements and within schedule and budget.
- PQM is responsible in facilitating Project Quality Readiness review process and development of Quality Risk Matrix.
- Act as resource & mentor for project team & colleagues and share their conceptual and practical expertise related to the Quality Assurance and Quality Control disciplines.
- Solve complex problems and use discipline-specific knowledge on Quality Assurance & Quality Control in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning in order to deliver compliant products and services to our Customers.
- Being a part of PMT, PQM has also direct reporting line to the Business Line functional Quality leads and actively participate in functional Quality meetings, discussions & workshops, including providing necessary input, feedback and regular reporting.
