    Description

    A Supply Chain Finance Assistant Manager supports financial operations within the supply chain, managing cash flow, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring efficient financial transactions between suppliers and buyers. They may collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.

    The client is a well-known beverage company, appreciated for its distinct taste and international popularity, often enjoyed during social gatherings and festivities.

    Description

    • Be responsible for the preparation and provide insightful commentary on monthly management reports, Annual Plan (budget) , Strategy Plan years forecast), and monthly forecast projections by the reporting deadlines
    • Review supply chain fixed overhead costs, inventories and fixed assets during month end and perform necessary adjustment required (areas include logistic/transportation, costs, warehousing cost, repair & maintenance cost and returnable packaging materials assessment)
    • Safeguard the company inventories by conducting annual physical count, provide analysis, reports on variances and perform reconciliations
    • Be responsible for fixed asset accounting and management which includes analysing & performing asset capitalization, depreciations and provide insightful reports to management team during quarterly capex committee meeting.
    • Ensure Company's financial & public risk are managed & insured sufficiently
    • Develop/maintain productivity/cost KPI dashboards and provide management with recommendations on areas of focus
    • Ensure appropriate internal controls and standard processes are adhered to and adopted
    • Active involvement and provide support for operation's needs.

    Profile

    • Bachelor or Master's degree with relevant experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years in FMCG industry and/or Big 4 audit firm with working experience
    • Added advantage: experience in Supply Chain Finance and/or CAPEX
    • Strong inter-personal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team-based environment.
    • Versatile, organized, result-oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment.
