- Lead the Order to Cash (O2C) function to ensure successful month-end and year-end closings.
- Streamline existing practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting processes, encompassing financial and tax audits and reporting.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and analysis support to management reporting needs, including budgeting, forecasting, and other ad-hoc activities.
- Support the implementation of Group's internal controls framework policies and processes, collaborating with the Manager to identify control objectives and design, execute, document, and review corresponding controls across assigned markets, and adopting into Blackline
- Actively participate in ad-hoc assignments, process improvement initiatives, and the Group's transformation projects.
- Experience in managing a team of more than 5 pax
- Experience and good understanding on OTC processes
- Passionate about process automation and critical thinking
- Strong knowledge on SAP/ Blackline is preferred
