    About The Company

    Randstad is proud to announce our collaboration with a leading Global Retailer in the FSSC transformation program. We are currently looking for OTC Assistant Manager, who will report to the OTC Manager to support Malaysia office in the day-to-day operation of OTC processes of the assigned regions.

    About The Job

    • Lead the Order to Cash (O2C) function to ensure successful month-end and year-end closings.
    • Streamline existing practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting processes, encompassing financial and tax audits and reporting.
    • Provide comprehensive financial planning and analysis support to management reporting needs, including budgeting, forecasting, and other ad-hoc activities.
    • Support the implementation of Group's internal controls framework policies and processes, collaborating with the Manager to identify control objectives and design, execute, document, and review corresponding controls across assigned markets, and adopting into Blackline
    • Actively participate in ad-hoc assignments, process improvement initiatives, and the Group's transformation projects.

    it'll be good if you are
    • Experience in managing a team of more than 5 pax
    • Experience and good understanding on OTC processes
    • Passionate about process automation and critical thinking
    • Strong knowledge on SAP/ Blackline is preferred
