- To manage existing and new business opportunities and responsible for the sales volume and distribution of all products distributed by the Company.
- Responsible for managing the relationship between the company and Sub Distributors to achieve the sales, distribution and execution targets.
- To monitor and review sales, distribution and execution performance of all assigned distributor sales representative on a daily basis to ensure all the sales KPI are on track and recommend appropriate course of action where required.
- Conduct field coaching to distributor sales representative and responsible for seller development.
- To manage product sell-out profitability, forecasts sales, monitors inventory levels, budget spending efficiency, distributor collection on time and etc.Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
- At least 3 years of working experience in the FMCG industry
