Japanese Telesales (Travel Project)

• Location: Penang, Malaysia
• Salary Range: RM6,000 - RM9,000
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Job Description:

As a Tele Sales representative for our Travel Project, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our travel packages to Japanese-speaking customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while meeting sales targets. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

.Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers in the Japanese market, introducing them to our travel packages and services.

.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our travel offerings, destinations, and services to effectively communicate the benefits and features to customers.

.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.

.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our travel packages in the market.

Qualifications:

.Fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken).

.Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.

.Passion for travel and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to customers.

.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

.Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

.Excellent problem-solving skills.

.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
