KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

Develop marketing plans for product launches and cross sell/up sell initiatives, which include customer proposition, communication, campaign, and budget to drive sales acquisitions and profit margins.
Work with the communication team to craft omnichannel marketing messages and collaterals.
Analyse and identify opportunities and design campaign to cross sell and upsell to existing customers.
Work with agencies in development of social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Support sales channels with sales tools, collaterals, and campaign development.
Assess the effectiveness of launched campaigns, and recommend follow up or remediation, where necessary.
Manage ad hoc company's projects.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English written and verbal communications
Indepth knowledge of insurance or/and takaful products and processes
Experienced in developing product related plan and campaign for sales channel.
Ability to manage and execute multiple campaigns within timeline and scope.
Able to work well with various internal departments and external vendors to execute campaign.
Skilled in PowerPoint presentation and Excel spreadsheet for data analysis

Experienced in managing staff to achieve set objectives within scope and timeline
