Position Summary and Responsibilities:

 A Customer Service Associate's role is to handle all incoming inquiries on website

related queries/requests/complaints via email

 Reviewing online contents like comments/chats/videos/audios/images

 Updating the contents on website

General & Behavioral Skills:

 Proficiency in Korean and English language (reading/writing both)

 High on team work and engagement

 Awareness of current affairs

 Mature and analytical
