Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Strategic Planning & Budgeting

• Plan and allocate resources to grow the Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) business; Review and approve budgets and management reports; Liaise with other senior management in Group Office and Local Office, and ensure implementation of group-wide strategies and initiatives.

2) Sales & Marketing

• Plan and strategize the business growth for agency, corporate and strategic alliances. Participate in roadshows to support agents and other distributors.

3) Investment Management

• Manage and monitor the progress of the investment team. Ensure the implementation of the approved investment strategies by the lead fund manager.

4) Compliance & IGF Adherence

• Work with Compliance and IGF team to ensure adherence to guidelines / policies as required by internal as well as external regulatory requirements.

5) Finance & Backroom Operations

• Ensure the Operations and Finance team manages backroom operations effectively to support the business.

Job Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in finance or economics
• At least 10 years' experience in asset management or PRS, with good track record of funds managed
• At least 5 years of managerial experience, of which at least 3 years in top management team
• Holds a CMSRL license (module 9 & 10)
• Holds a FIMM membership
