    Description

    Client Background: A Total Logistics Provider, provide a comprehensive package from light to heavyweight, loose to bulk, and household to project handling cargoes (for both sea & air) to meet local, global & regional requirements.

    Industry: Freight Forwarders

    Location: Klang, Selangor

    Headcount: 1

    Tenure: Permanent

    Remuneration: Basic salary + Fixed allowance

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing and controlling accounts related matters and involved in financial budgeting, auditing process and credit control matters
    • Handle the intercompany transaction and billing
    • Overseeing and reviewing works done by the finance team (eg. Reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.)
    • Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement
    • Handle on HR related matters
    • Prepare monthly payroll. o Prepare and submit monthly contribution.
    • Prepare yearly tax return report - Form E and Form EA.
    • Responsible for the annual year end closing for audit and tax submission, ensure its timely completion.
    • On time submission of SST report and handle SST related matters
    • Liaise with company secretary, auditors, tax agent, bankers, law and government department and other relevant authorities to ensure financial and legislation compliance.
    • Monitoring the administration work.

    Requirements:

    • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent, preferably with a professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/MICPA/CIMA).
    • At least 6 years of working experience, with 3 years in a leadership role. (Experience in audit and taxation would have added advantage)
    • Required language(s): English
    • Confident and good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-resilient and able to work in a fast-paced and aggressive environment.
    • Proficient in handling Microsoft word & excel.
