    JOB OBJECTIVE

    · Provide post start-up technical services and assistance to Axens licensed technology units and/or non-Axens licensed unit in the field of refinery and petrochemical, running with Axens catalyst/adsorbent, including troubleshooting, and performance monitoring,

    · On-site support for start-ups, trouble shooting, inspections and/or catalyst/adsorbent loadings for process units,

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Perform unit follow-up in close coordination with the dedicated Technical Services Group from HQ and Axens SEA and sales forecast/activity of subsidiary

    · Provide technical troubleshooting and report to Technical Services Group to make decisions

    · Provide technical expertise for catalyst/adsorbent change-outs where applicable

    · Provide feedback for improvements in designs and procedures based on field experiences

    · Analyze and monitor the performance of current operating units

    · Manage client interface during high stress situations such as start-ups, turnarounds, and emergencies

    · Work closely with other members of the Technical Services Group to acquire a good knowledge of Axens processes

    · Fulfil the above at the expected Axens standard

    QUALIFICATION

    · Candidate must possess bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Chemical/Mechanical or equivalent

    · At minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations in the field ofrefining/ petrochemical

    · Good knowledge of refinery/petrochemical processes in this field is a must

    · Teamwork skills and ability to build-up long term relationships with the customers

    · Experience with working in an interdisciplinary environment,

    · Well organized, rigorous, autonomous and responsible, analytical skills

    · Keen to understand the technical background of Axens portfolio

    · Required language(s): proficient in English

    · The candidate must be prepared to travel often
