- Design solutions for the Application/System in an enterprise environment which aligned to the technical and business requirements
- Select technology stack, perform resource evaluation and define process procedure to ensure solution delivery meet the regional client expectations
- Act as a focal point between the technical and business teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Experience in project and product management and capable of doing business analysis as part of the project initiation phase
- Familiar with software development process including CI/CD, development testing, debug, architecture framework and agile methodologies
- Good software development experience using any of the programming languages such as Java, NodeJS, ReactJS and etc
- Good experience using web services, database development, DevOps practices, big data platforms, cloud and virtualization
- Good leadership and mentor skills to guide and coach software development teammates
