Job Description

Overall Overview:

1. To ensure the correct layout and process cycle in the production lines
2. To ensure correct application of all relevant company guidelines for production time and output determination
3. To ensure achievement of work plan data and planned cost targets for products in the final test area
4. To ensure the capacity is secured to produce the desired output and to drive improvement topics

Key Description:

1. Act as Overall Interface to lead plant for Work process planning and Lean Manufacturing activities
2. To be responsible for production line layout and improvement of the line productivity of the employees and utilization rate of the machines
3. To analyze and evaluate machine processes and measurement of cycle times, downtimes, output and conversion in the evaluation system

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years to 5 years working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferable at least 3 years of related field of work process calculations and lean production
2. At least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering
3. Possess strong communication skills (both verbal & written) and moderate meetings/workshops with all levels and departments
