- Oversee the store operations.
- Arrange manpower schedule to maximize sales opportunities effectively following rules and regulations.
- Monitor and highlight individual sales weaknesses to the sales ops for training arrangement.
- Achieve given sales target and expectations.
- Provide coaching on-the-floor training for all Retail Assistance.
- Lead, motivate and support the retail team consistently.
- Take responsibility to minimize stock loss and maximize boutique's security.
- Set visual merchandising expectations to brand standards, ensure brand consistency that impacts the customer experience and maximize overall business results.
- Responsible for the talent life cycle of direct reports, training, development, performance management, terminations and succession planning.
- Manage and be present at all time to drive workshops & store events
- Team player with good communication skills
- Possess a positive attitude, self-starter, and good problem solving skills.
- Pleasant personality with good people management skills.
- Strong Skin-care knowledge
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- 6 days/week, 8.5 hours/day (including 1 hour lunch break/dinner break)
- Working hour:10.00am to 6.30pm (Day shift) OR 1.30pm to 10.00pm (Afternoon shift)
