The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code.
• Leading the design, creation, and implementation of a suite of software.
• Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
• Defining project scope & specifications, estimating resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet customer requirements and developing schedules, test plans and documentation.
• Ensuring specifications and requirements are clearly articulated to the development teams and monitoring timelines & progress.
• Gathering requirements and specifications from clients and users in conjunction with the sales team to gain a strong understanding of client expectations.
• Identifying potential issues between systems and client specifications and proposing new solutions.
• Proposing the technical solution and overseeing the selection of technologies.
• Providing clients with regular feedback and updates on projects.
• Providing subject matter expertise and direction, guidance, and support on complex sales engagements.
• Reviewing proposals and estimates from vendors and ensuring that external solutions work with internal development projects.
• As an IT Solution Architect, you will be part of a highly professional and international team of architects, engineers, and business counterparts, which are located all over the world.
• Together with other architects, you define architecture principles and apply architecture patterns and drive their implementation. You will empower us to find the right balance between innovation, technical feasibility, long-term sustainability, agile delivery, and cost-effective end-to-end implementation.
• In our cross-functional team, you can push the limits of IT solutions to define visionary, ground-breaking products, and demonstrate an ability to work within a fast-moving environment to rapidly deliver services that have broad business impact.
• You will shape and drive the functional and technical design with a mix of technologies that involve SAP S/4HANA, BYD and cloud applications running on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Service.

The Profile

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in a related field.
• A good command of English (spoken and written), communication, and convincing skills in a multicultural environment
• Strong conceptional and analytical skills
• Business acumen and customer focus providing solutions to add value
• Proven track record with implementing SAP solutions.
• A solid understanding of SAP offerings and, ideally, familiarity with various SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD)
• Profound practical experience in SAP Architecture and SOA/Agile Architecting in complex on premise & cloud environments.
• Fundamental understanding of HANA DB concepts, SAP interfaces (ICF, RFC, IDOCs, REST, SOAP, PO/PI, SAP- GW, SCPI), SAP web technologies (Web-UI, Fiori and FES, GW-FND, Web-Dynpro)
• Basic understanding of S4/HANA underlying security concepts and authorization concepts as well as understanding of S4 Hana applications/processes and main data structures
• Basic understanding in AWS Services and technologies in providing Rest API's
• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• You have at least 9 years experience, ideally within a Software Architect or Solution Architect role.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• You have working knowledge of SAP Interface, ICF, RFC, SAP Web, Web-UI, S4/hana, Rest Api and Fiori
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
