Customer Service Team Lead, E-commerce(Mandarin Speaker) - Malaysia, Selangor - Baseus
Description
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily management and guidance and training of local customer service personnel in Malaysia;
2. Provide support to local team members to ensure daily operation runs smoothly and to provide best-in-class customer service;
3. Collaborate with the team to respond to users' pre-sales and after-sales inquiries by providing fast, accurate, and professional services/solutions;
4. Collect feedback from user groups on product usage and optimization suggestions;
5. Analyze low service score data, formulate improvement strategies, and improve store service indicators;
6. Complete other tasks and arrangements assigned by the company, and cooperate with colleagues in handling daily affairs
Requirement:
1. College degree or above;
2. With 4 years of working experience in the related field, at least 1 year of working experience in shopee/lazada/tiktok service team management;
3. Good command of Malay, Mandarin and English, with excellent language expression skills;
4. Proficient in using Office software;
5. With excellent communication skills, self-motivated, with positive attitude, good team player;
6. Ability to work under pressure, manage multi-tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
7. Willing to work in shifts(5pm-1am)
