Description

Accurately prepare Monthly / Quarterly / Year End Incentive Computation
Validate sales data accuracy before processing incentive computation
Coordinate with other stakeholders on the report dateline to ensure timely submission of payment listing to HR
Manage sales incentive inquiries and disputes
Improve incentive computation and procedures from time to time
Provide support to Sales Channel and Product Owner to achieve their business objectives.
Handle other ad hoc campaign incentive and back testing request
