We are Hiring

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager (Backend) to become a part of our team.

Your core responsibilities can include (but are not limited to):

Technically direct a distributed team of backend engineers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand
Work with various internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations to build and release quality features.
Serve as the most senior engineer for the backend team, ensuring the welfare of the team and smooth operations.
Make strategic technical and architectural decisions impacting the whole company.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with vendors as required
Perform code reviews
Engage in hands-on coding when possible

To be successful you should have:

Experience in leading tech teams
Strong knowledge of Java, Rust, or similar languages experience with Springboot, Kotlin, Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, Google Cloud Platform is beneficial
Experience in operating production software systems at scale.
Familiarity with distributed systems and micro-services
Capability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Fluent in English for seamless team and vendor communication.
